Sometimes those changes are welcome and sometimes they are not. Are you feeling as if you are in transition as you navigate a new phase of life?Maybe there are dramatic changes that are out of your control - the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a job. Perhaps there are expected shifts in your life such as retirement, empty-nesting, or moving into a new house, and you are surprised it is taking time for you to adjust. Regardless of what you are experiencing, it is important to give yourself the sacred time and space to honor it, reflect on it, and discover new life from it.

What to Expect
Each of us experiences God and processes information in our own way. We honor this by offering four elements designed to empower you to walk in your own way, at your own pace.
A Retreat, Reflect, Renew retreat will always include:
A reflection (with Scripture, prayer, and a poem or music)
Personal time (with questions to draw you within)
Sharing (in a respectful way and with the option to pass)
Experiential activity (such as a music or visual meditation)

Hello. I am a retreat faciltator, author, and founder of Retreat, Reflect, Renew ministry. I am a Mercy Associate and hold a graduate certificate in Mercy Spirituality. I have been in retreat ministry for the past fifteen years. Being in a room full of people seeking reflection, growth, and renewal is my absolute favorite place to be and I am excited to once again be able to share sacred space in person.
