Life is full of changes

 

Sometimes those changes are welcome and sometimes they are not. Maybe there are dramatic changes happening all around you or maybe you are sensing something subtle from within. Regardless of what you are experiencing, it is important to give yourself the sacred time and space to honor it, reflect on it, and discover new life from it.

You will appreciate this retreat if you…

In our six weeks together you will…

  • Learn prayer practices and tools to help you through your transition.

  • Be empowered to see God in the center of your transition in your daily routine, in the people around you, and in forgiveness and letting go.

  • Experience a variety of ways to reflect on your transition such as music, movement, and journaling.

This retreat gave me a deeper understanding of the tumultuous feelings and stresses of life transitions and the coping skills we learned about. I'm also grateful for the encouragement from the retreat participants and facilitators.

Hello and welcome. I've been in retreat ministry for the past fifteen years. I am an author, faciltator, Mercy Associate, the ministry founder, and hold a graduate certificate in Mercy Spirituality. I began my career as a journalist, working as a TV reporter and anchor for ten years. I love these online retreats because they combine my education and experience in reporting, researching, and writing with my love for empowering people to embrace their spiritual journey. When I write, I picture writing to a friend, gently encouraging them, and saying, “I hear you. Let’s walk through this together.”
